Partner with global procurement teams to coordinate vendor onboarding, updates, and master data governance. Support invoice processing and documentation management through procurement and AP systems (including Ariba). Handle supplier payment-related activities and ensure timely and accurate payment execution. Support AP month-end activities, account reconciliations, and issue resolution. Participate in SAP S/4HANA-related process enhancement and stabilization initiatives. Contribute to finance process improvement and automation projects to improve efficiency and control. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services teams globally. Support AP operations across multiple international entities as the organization continues to expand its global scope. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a multinational environment. Knowledge of vendor master data governance and supplier onboarding processes. Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms such as Ariba is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with overseas stakeholders. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. 薪酬待遇 .
