Job Description

Programme & Operations Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the joint programme on campus
  • Coordinate teaching delivery, assessments, and academic processes
  • Support quality assurance and compliance with both local and international requirements



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison between local and international academic and administrative teams
  • Support visiting international faculty, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Proactively manage and resolve operational issues across multiple stakeholders



Communication & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive improvements in processes, communication, and service delivery
  • Translate and align expectations across different institutional and cultural contexts
  • Provide reporting and insights to support programme development and decision-making



Student Experience

  • Contribute to a high-quality, student-focused support environment
  • Help build a welcoming and internationally oriented student experience

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proven experience in academic administration, programme management, or higher education operations in China
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments independently
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones with minimal supervision
  • Experience with international education partnerships or joint programmes
  • Familiarity with global higher education systems and quality frameworks
