职责描述

Main responsibilities:

Global high-end consumer electronics customer development, business strategy design and negotiation, deep operation of customer relationships, cross-cultural team management.

  1. Core positioning: Responsible for expanding high-end market business in Europe and America, maintaining core customer relationships, formulating and executing global market strategies, promoting deep cooperation with international technology giants and high-end customers, and ensuring the stable development of the company in the global market.
  2. Job objective: By accurately grasping the dynamics and customer needs of the high-end US markets, relying on excellent strategic decision-making, negotiation, and circle expansion abilities, we aim to achieve an increase in the number of cooperation projects with high-end US customers, effectively avoid cooperation risks caused by cultural differences, and establish a good brand image for the company in the high-end US markets.



Job requirements:

1. More than 10 years of global market management experience, including 6 years of deep cultivation in high-end customer circles in Europe and America (such as Silicon Valley/Wall Street); If had work experience in Taiwanese companies, will be plus, priority is given to working with high-end clients in Europe and America.

2. Deep integration of cultural genes into Western circles: Familiar with Western culture and business social scenarios, Westernized thinking patterns, proficient in Western business logic, communication taboos, and decision chain operations.

3. Core competency dimensions/specific standards

  • Strategic decision-making power: able to predict the ecological layout of technology giants for 3-5 years and propose systematic cooperation plans
  • Negotiation dominance: Proficient in business negotiation techniques, maintaining our bottom line of interests in the game of terms and conditions
  • Circle breaking power: can reach the core decision-making layer of customers within 48 hours and establish personal trust relationships
  • Crisis sense: Successfully handled major cooperation crises caused by cultural conflicts (such as data compliance and politically sensitive events)
