We are seeking a Marketing HR Business Partner to support a growing international marketing organisation, partnering closely with business leaders across Brand, Design, Social Media, Influencer Marketing and DTC teams. The role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with HR business partnering responsibilities, helping attract, develop and support talent while contributing to organisational effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for marketing-related positions, including Brand, Design, Social Media, Content, Influencer Marketing and DTC Platform functions.
  • Partner closely with marketing leaders to understand business priorities, organisation needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage high-quality talent.
  • Manage candidate assessment and selection processes while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a key people partner within the marketing organisation.
  • Support organisational effectiveness initiatives, including talent reviews, team structure discussions and performance management processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations using workforce and people data.
  • Support employee relations matters and contribute to a positive employee experience.
  • Ensure smooth execution of core HR operations including onboarding, transfers, offboarding and related HR processes.
  • Promote company values and support the ongoing development of an engaged and collaborative culture.



The Successful Applicant



The successful candidate will bring previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR business partnering or a combination of both. Candidates from executive search or recruitment consultancy backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience recruiting for marketing-related positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of marketing functions such as Brand Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Design, Influencer/KOL Marketing or DTC operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience gained within consumer, retail, e-commerce, international brand or cross-border business environments would be advantageous.
