Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the North American market to achieve business objectives.
  • Guide and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in developing distributors and KA channels in the U.S. market preferred
  • Sharp market awareness with strong commercial judgment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive execution
  • Fluent in English (business proficiency required)
