PageGroup partnered with sHero on the Leading DEI Best Practices Guide, its inaugural bilingual guide in Asia. Launched on November 28, the guide brings together Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and practices from over 30 well-known enterprises in various industries around the world. As more MNCs and local companies work to embed DEI values into their company culture, there is no better time to manifest this intention. We hope this guide will act as a catalyst to make corporate China a more inclusive place to work. According to recent data, more and more companies are accelerating their pace in adopting a diverse and inclusive culture, particularly encouraging women to pursue leadership roles.
