Infant Nutrition Development Manager (Auckland, NZ) - 国际知名乳品公司

1. PD Manager is responsible for the technical development & delivery of the infant nutrition, nutritional powder and commodity innovation. Projects include the development & commercialisation of new products, reformulation of existing products & cost saving initiatives.
2. Prepares formulations & provides technical & formulation direction & guidance to the product development team. Specifically, leads the technical brief development ensuring customer needs and target costs are met. Leads & mentors the team with product formulation, ensuring formulations & ingredients comply with the brief & relevant market regulatory requirements. Provides direction to ingredient lists, NIP & artwork development & internal & external alignment of finished product specifications. Leads the team to ensure all tasks are delivered as per the project timeline.
3. Provides direction on the sourcing of ingredients working with Quality & Regs and procurement to ensure compliance and approval. Support the team with shelf-life validation/recommendation & provides direction for product trials, validation testing & first production. Ensures projects are delivered on time & to budget
4. Develops & implements solutions for product technical challenges
5. Identifies product technical risks & develop/execute mitigation plans
6. Leads / supports product development at other company manufacturing sites as required
