直接向中国区CEO汇报工作,会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展,与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作,完成公司未来门店增长目标,包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定;并进行团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。
