The Head of Customer Service will oversee a team of 100 professionals, comprising Field Service Engineers, Onsite Engineers, and After-Sales Parts Service Sales specialists. This role requires a seasoned director with a proven track record in managing large after-sales service teams within the automation industry, possessing the ability to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Take on the role of a hands-on engineering manager, owning tech scoping, backend architectural design, and up to date AI-centric initiatives. Mentor other engineers in deploying enhancements to the primary product.
• Collaborate with product teams, marketers, data analysts, and other engineering teams to execute highly cross functional and time sensitive projects.

• Support the Chief Development Officer / Development Director/s (on selected assigned key individual assets with full infrastructure within the project based on the approved business plan, overall investment strategy, approved budgets and designs completing the full delivery and handover to each user and the asset management team upon completion.

1. Develop, manage and implement TUVR Greater China EM plan, including programming design and coordination of seminars, fairs and special events in order to support GC Marketing director on GC Events strategies in order to effectively promote TUVR brand image and services.
