We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join an international organisation in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Based in Suzhou, this role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.

This role will take full ownership of commercial strategy and revenue growth in Greater China. You will drive market expansion, manage key accounts, and lead a local team while working closely with global stakeholders. 

The Sales/Commercial Manager role in the Energy & Natural Resources industry is centred on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This position will require a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of sales operations to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

The role is responsible for managing and delivering ECE/EU homologation projects for automotive export, including technical communication, solution development, and coordination across teams. The candidate will work in an international environment to ensure certification activities are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. 

The General Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's international business strategy, developing overseas opportunities, and supporting full‑cycle project implementation across multiple regions. This role also involves building and managing a capable domestic team that can support international EPFC projects from design through execution.
