This role also involves building and managing a capable domestic team that can support international EPFC projects from design through execution. 职责描述 Strategy & PlanningDevelop the mid‑ to long‑term strategy for international business expansion, defining clear pathways for growth in priority regions.Analyze global industry trends and competitive dynamics, and lead strategies for overseas investment and partnership development.Business Development & Project ExecutionLead the full cycle of overseas EPC project development, including opportunity identification, bidding, negotiation, and contract signing, ensuring commercial and profitability targets are met.Oversee the execution of EPC projects across multiple countries, including design coordination, procurement optimization, construction management, risk control, and final acceptance.Build and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with international clients, partners, local authorities, and financial institutions.Team Leadership & Organizational DevelopmentBuild and develop a professional team capable of managing cross‑border project operations, optimizing organizational structure and talent capabilities.Establish an internationally aligned performance evaluation framework to enhance team execution and collaboration effectiveness.Promote cross‑cultural communication and management practices to strengthen global teamwork and coordination.Risk Management & ComplianceSystematically manage political, legal, financial, and operational risks associated with overseas projects.Ensure all international business activities comply with global standards, local regulations, and internal company compliance requirements. 理想的求职者 Experience & Background Over 10 years of experience in international engineering, with at least 5 years managing full‑cycle EPC/EPFC projects across multiple countries. Proven track record of two or more large‑scale overseas EPC/EPFC projects from bidding through final delivery. Minimum 5 years of cross‑border team leadership, having managed diverse teams of 30+ members. International outlook with hands-on experience delivering overseas engineering projects, ideally in factory engineering or new energy EPC/EPFC. Core Competencies Strong technical understanding of EPC/EPFC project processes, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and commercial control. Excellent capabilities in strategic planning, commercial negotiation, contract management, and resource integration across regions. Pragmatic leadership style, with an operational mindset and a demonstrated ability to build and scale teams. Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills; able to use English fluently as a working language. Able to support 40%+ international travel, with the ability to coordinate multi-country projects, make fast decisions, and handle crises under pressure.
