根据业务发展需求,规划公司自有品牌产品中长期策略、制定品类及产品线计划、年度新品项目计划、产品升级计划等;及时了解行业信息、市场信息、产品信息、竞品分析、技术及配方更新等,开展周期调研,根据产品销量及市场展现,及时调整和推进各产品项目和计划;
负责公司布局跨境平台(虾皮、亚马逊、wish、lazada等等)的整体运营,稳定提高各项数据,完成额定成交量
1根据公司战略发展重要,统等所负责事业部的整体生意规划,促进品牌持续发展,确保经营指标达成2.制定事业部的品牌战略及品牌推广策略,提高品牌及产品知名度与美誉度,打造品牌力,驱动生意增长;
1、根据公司整体战略规划要求,制定头部装企业务的战略布局及经营目标;2、带领团队开发头部装企渠道,建立战略合作,保证整体业务目标达成;
