负责高速收发器（Transceiver）中模拟电路模块（如SerDes前端、时钟数据恢复CDR、锁相环PLL）的架构设计、电路实现与仿真验证，协同数字设计团队完成混合信号系统集成，确保产品满足高速信号传输的带宽、抖动及功耗目标。

• 目标拆解与监控：协助总经理制定年度/季度外贸业务与品牌运营目标，拆解至各部门并制定关键节点考核机制；定期追踪业务数据（如出口量、品牌销售额、利润率等），识别偏差并提出改进建议

运用前沿的量化方法和数据分析技术，挖掘金融市场数据中的潜在规律和投资信号，构建和优化量化投资模型，为投资决策提供科学依据。

1.对股票/期货市场微观结构进行数据分析，探索高频数据中的统计规律，归纳逻辑开发高频特征；

2.优化策略交易执行环节，提升高频策略的实盘表现，跟踪分析策略收益归因；

Location in Beijing. No remote.

Fluent English is must. Arabic speaking skill is not mandatory but a big plus.

1- Graduated from a foreign university with a degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, Political Science, or Law.
2- Experienced in data analysis and report writing.
3- No previous employment in other embassies.
