按照《投资指引》要求，开展受托投资工作，包括但不限于对金融产品进行筛选和评估，针对符合要求的产品推进内部审查，并根据内部流程完成报告撰写、上会组织、投资交易等相关工作；
负责纯债组合的投资管理，根据产品合同制定投资策略并执行，完成组合投资目标，对组合的投资业绩负责
委托投资相关制度的制定和优化；制定委托投资协议、投资指引；
负责公司二级市场（港股和美股）的投资，并对投资业绩负责；
自主投资：根据公司业务战略转型需要，进行泛固收类标品投资产品的投资。根据市场需求、产品定位，确定产品的投资策略，并根据投资策略安排相应投资经理及其他投研支持。
负责为公司企业赋能、产业连接、政府关系、公司生态圈建设等工作。
候选人主要负责公司国内外媒体渠道策略和运营。
