This role reports to CFO, responsible for plant costing analysis across manufacturing sites in APAC.

This role is responsible for one BU full P&L controlling, includes commercial analysis, costing control ect.

Responsible for financial reporting and data analysis to support management decisions, while coordinating with external partners and handling HQ tasks. Requires 2-4 years' experience, strong English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

This role oversees the full finance agenda for the APAC region, managing a multi‑country footprint and partnering with regional and global leadership to enhance financial performance, structure teams, and support commercial growth.

The role will act as China Finance Director in a global industrial company.
