- The Lead Software Engineer supervises, leads the design, build, deployment and maintenance of tailor-made and/or software packages or the adaptation of existing ones.

- Act as a bridge between technical (developers, infra, etc.) and non-technical (business, BA, PM, squad, etc.).

- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies, particularly in AI empowered technical solutions.

• Take on the role of a hands-on engineering manager, owning tech scoping, backend architectural design, and up to date AI-centric initiatives. Mentor other engineers in deploying enhancements to the primary product.
• Collaborate with product teams, marketers, data analysts, and other engineering teams to execute highly cross functional and time sensitive projects.
