This role is dedicated to supporting all leaders, managers, and employees across business units and functions within Greater China in the areas of Employee Relations(ER), Labour Relations(LR), organisational capability enablement, HR Policy Compliance & Governance, and project management/participation related to the people strategy.
Partner with responsible business to ensure to deliver high quality HR interventions across a range of HR activities/ processes to enable people managers and employees to deliver the business results.
