此岗位为新设立的核心领导岗位，全面负责 喂养品类（Feeding Category） 的产品策略和开发方向，涵盖奶瓶、奶嘴、水杯、水壶、餐具、餐桌椅等系列产品。

通过深度的消费者洞察和市场数据分析，带领团队制定产品组合策略和创新方向，推动新品从概念到上市的全过程，打造具有竞争力和品牌力的产品线。

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of the full product development lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, high-quality products, from initial concept creation to final mass production, ensuring they meet both market needs and company standards.

This role is in charge of an automotive electronics business unit in a global company with P&L ownership, managing a cross-functional team across R&D, product, PM, and sales to drive growth in a large scale. It requires a hands-on leadership with strong commercial acumen and team management experience to scale the business and deepen key customer relationships.

   聚焦智驾泊车交互全链路，覆盖需求设计（软/硬开关、多模态交互）、竞品对标、联调验证及量产落地，需HMI技术与产品经理思维。

   要求3年以上主机厂/Tier1量产经验，兼备需求分析、问题解决及跨协作力，推动泊车功能从设计到交付高效闭环。
