We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of the full product development lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, high-quality products, from initial concept creation to final mass production, ensuring they meet both market needs and company standards.

Primarily responsible for identifying business pain points and creating product prototypes for validation starting from concepts, lead the team to develop and implement products, closely collaborating with various business lines to meet demanding business requirements, and driving business innovation.

As Senior Sourcing Manager for Ready-to-Cook products, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement plans to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply of high-quality ready-to-cook meals. And also need to manage supplier relationships, optimise procurement processes, and drive product innovation to meet market demands and enhance the company's competitive edge.

Responsible for China local CRM digitalization to drive business growth, digital engagement, and enhance Luxury Customer Experience. Managing and optimizing the CRM eco-system for client engagement and customer service, WeChat, WeCom, 3rd Party Platform & Retail to drive internal cross-functional teams and external partners to archive business goals.
