• 与IT、信息安全和工程团队广泛互动，并在产品安全、数据安全和漏洞领域执行项目顺利。

• 在BP基础层面, 理解业务发展逻辑与人才结构需求，支持组织设计优化、关键岗位引进及人才配置。同时，能够主动识别团队在发展过程中的人效问题及组织痛点，并提出具备可执行性的解决方案
• 在组织发展（OD）维度，需支持人才盘点与继任计划，参与组织升级及人效提升项目，从人才结构与组织效率角度持续优化
