Job Description

1.制定年度CRM策略和预算,结合各个部门计划和所有沟通渠道制定全年CRMCalendar;

2.根据目标策划和实施会员营销活动,并做好活动报告,保持与会员的互动频率,提高会员与品牌的黏性;

3.制定会员规则及业务流程、会员权益优化等相关工作;

4.负责会员洞察,用户画像,消费习惯等数据分析;

5.负责会员生命周期管理,提升会员复购和留存;

6.负责高价值会员权益优化和服务;

7.每年定期会员线下活动策划和执行;

8.负责CRM供应商的管理及沟通工作,CRM系统应用及项目开发:提出需求、测试、上线、推广及运营工作;

9.利用企业微信进行会员沟通和管理,在私域内提升用户粘性。

The Successful Applicant

1.全日制本科及以上学历,零售行业会员运营管理经验,有线上线下会员运营的丰富经验者优先;

2.5年以上的CRM相关工作经验,熟悉CRM系统;

3.优秀的EXCEL和PPT能力;

4.优秀的数据分析及逻辑思维能力

5.优秀的团队合作能力、沟通能力,良好的执行力、以及分析判断能力。
