- 根据公司整体经营方向制定品牌相关战略或调整营销策略，确定业务目标，管理平台的日常运营工作；

This head of ec trade marketing role will drive the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives, focusing on e-commerce channels. This role requires a strong strategic planning capability of huge ec business.

Oversee omnichannel e-commerce operations and marketing strategies for core brands, achieving sales targets and expanding new businesses while assisting in brand development strategies, competitor analysis, and resource coordination.

1. Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations for Tmall channels, actively contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate with the E-commerce Head to pioneer new sales channels, fueling business growth.
