The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in Mainland China. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and building strong customer relationships in the Mainland China market. The role will lead and mentor the sales, market development, application engineering, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment of sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.

The role will report directly to China managing director and manage a team to develop the channel business in Video and Audio sector.
