负责北美亚马逊业务整体经营与增长，寻找兼具战略思维、商业敏感度及规模化团队管理经验的跨境电商操盘手。

客户正在寻找一位真正热爱增长、懂数据、懂用户、懂海外市场的广告投放专家，亲自操盘全球市场增长，用数据驱动产品与品牌快速突破。

你将负责制定全球电商渠道战略，包括销售目标、市场节奏、产品布局、流量策略及盈利模型；搭建并管理海外电商团队，覆盖平台运营、独立站运营、投放、内容营销、会员体系及数据分析等模块；同时深度参与品牌全球化建设，推动公司从"渠道驱动"向"品牌驱动"升级。。
