A key commercial position and responsible for establishing and driving growth of eCommerce business in China.

The role is expected to deliver end to end activation plans such that ensure company consistently delivers its sales, profit, market share, and customer ranking goals.

Define and implement EC strategy and plans in China;

This position is to drive the growth of online store specializing in cheese & Yogurt and Fruit products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize the online presence, increase traffic, and enhance conversion rates.

根据业务类型负责公司品类下天猫，京东，抖音等单渠道或多渠道电商运营整体规划、日常运营及成本控制，完成公司制定的业绩目标、毛利率指标及费用控制目标

管理公司线上电商全渠道生意, 有空间开拓新渠道, 灵活度高, 决策权力大

以品牌为基因做独立站, 更看重站内与站外的结合和配合；如何分析数据进行转化；以长期打造品牌为目标

制定电商营销策略，规划猫、京东、抖音等电商平台的年度营销策略，明确各平台的市场定位、目标客户群体及核心竞争优势，确保策略与公司整体业务目标一致。

主要负责小红书的运营，需要熟悉小红书的生态和经验。能够帮企业提高C端消费者的知名度。

根据公司发展战略目标，全面负责电商版块的统筹规划，完成公司制定的销售目标。

- 0-1搭建跨境渠道（天猫跨境，抖音跨境）；

- 根据公司整体经营方向制定品牌相关战略或调整营销策略，确定业务目标，管理平台的日常运营工作；
