As the China Quality and Regulatory Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality management system and ensuring compliance with both international and local (Chinese) regulatory requirements. The R&D Quality Director will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities within the R&D department, ensuring compliance with GxP (Good Practice guidelines), supporting innovation, and promoting high standards of product quality and safety. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for R&D and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and scientific practices.

As director of the quality team , you will be in deeply participating in product strategy planning and work closely with R&D, production, and other departments.

The role will be leading the plant quality department to drive customer quality expectations, accountable to manage the teams of quality control, quality engineering, customer quality, supplier quality engineering, document control, internal audit and training and supervise the incoming quality inspection, quality system management, process quality control and internal/customer audit.

Be responsible for all sales activities to both existing automotive customers and new prospects.
Develop new customers/opportunities for sustainable growth according to the Roadmap. Deliver annual sales budget for the customers under management.
Handle abnormal situations such as technical quality claim, overdue payment, and/or part shortage, etc. Keep customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
