负责公司 ODM/OEM 事业部的整体业务战略制定与市场拓展，重点在 半导体设备、3D 打印设备、具身智能机器人、新型制造装备及其他创新型硬件产品 的 B2B 客户开发与项目落地，通过技术-产业-供应链三端协同，实现 BU 的高速增长。该岗位是 业务拓展驱动型角色，核心 KPI 为：营收增长、关键客户开发、海外/国内战略客户渗透、毛利提升。
作为集团国际业务单元核心领导团队之一，参与和负责制定全球海外业务战略、计划以及能力需求和硬件需求。建立、招聘和指导全球应用开发团队，并与原始设备制造商（OEM）和价值链合作，识别关键性能要求和长期技术趋势。开发新产品应用以满足客户需求。制定支持特定行业细分市场新产品或应用增长的计划。

This role combines strategic planning, transformation leadership, and operational excellence within a multinational sourcing and business services environment. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to drive business priorities, enhance organisational effectiveness, and advance digital and AI-enabled initiatives while preparing for broader leadership responsibilities.
Develop and grow key SOE and petrochemical accounts through consultative sales and market intelligence solutions.
Drive regional segment growth by translating strategy into actionable market initiatives and commercial opportunities. This role plays a central part in aligning product, sales, and market insights to improve revenue quality and portfolio performance.
This role is in charge of an automotive electronics business unit in a global company with P&L ownership, managing a cross-functional team across R&D, product, PM, and sales to drive growth in a large scale. It requires a hands-on leadership with strong commercial acumen and team management experience to scale the business and deepen key customer relationships.
