This role acts as a strategic business partner to regional operations leadership, providing financial oversight, performance insights, and business recommendations across multiple markets. You will leverage data, analytics, and commercial understanding to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term decision-making.

This role will play a critical part in building and driving a bes*t-in-class planning organization to support brand's growth ambitions in China. The successful candidate will serve as the key link between Commercial, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Digital teams, ensuring alignment between consumer demand, product availability, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.

This is an experienced executive role based in Shenzhen for a well established foreign business, covering sourcing activities for a wide range of product categories.

负责制定全球商品战略，搭建供应链与商品运营体系，推动跨境市场增长，并领导团队实现数字化转型。

1.负责管理商品配、补、调、退日常工作；
