This role acts as a strategic business partner to regional operations leadership, providing financial oversight, performance insights, and business recommendations across multiple markets. This role will play a critical part in building and driving a bes*t-in-class planning organization to support brand's growth ambitions in China. The successful candidate will serve as the key link between Commercial, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Digital teams, ensuring alignment between consumer demand, product availability, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.

This role is responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities in China, including supplier development, qualification, and negotiation.

You will drive product sourcing strategy and ensure supplier performance to support business growth in Latin America.

This is an experienced executive role based in Shenzhen for a well established foreign business, covering sourcing activities for a wide range of product categories.

通过仓网布局、系统建设及供应商管理，全面提升履约能力与客户交付体验。

2.监控商品入库、到店与销售进度，及时反馈并制定补货、转货方案。
