We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to enhance our industrial and manufacturing processes in Guangdong. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Asia Operation VP, this role is responsible for the whole daily operation of Shandong plant.

In this role, you will play a critical role in achieving the company's goals of operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior management to align manufacturing strategies with global business objectives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

The Director of Operations should oversee and manage the full-function operations of the system Integration/Assembly contract manufacturing plant.

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering processes, production capacity, and cost controls.
2. Oversee the integration of operational departments ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.

Operation Excellence and process improvement

Team management including inspection, technical service, and customer service, and etc.
