主导亚马逊电商平台的全盘战略规划、定位、业务架构及运营模式，确保各项工作的有序开展。

根据公司战略及产品规划，制定各平台和运营部的新品业绩目标和计划，并有效传达给全员。

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering processes, production capacity, and cost controls.
2. Oversee the integration of operational departments ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.

管理公司全部电商渠道, 包括亚马逊、独立站、其他三方平台；

管理15人左右团队；

对亚马逊站内平台规则玩法熟悉了解, 如果了解站外营销更佳；

• 负责将人工作业流程迁移到系统平台，并结合AI&大数据技术实现业务流程自动化、智能化；
• 深入理解业务场景及操作规则，梳理并归纳总结业务需求，制定系统架构和建设方案，完成系统化新作业流程规范设计、功能设计、交互设计，并对项目实时落地做追踪管理，保证系统按期保质上线并实现项目目标；

This role would lead the operations of home supplies manufacturing plant in China and Asia. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products to meet market demands.
