As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the brewery you will oversee all aspects of the business, from strategic planning to commercial, manufacturing, daily operations and finance, with a primary focus on driving growth, profitability, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, leading the executive team, and ensuring the brewery's financial health and compliance.
This role will report to China GM directly and develop long-term communication strategy to keep this brand standing out in China market. it will oversea communications, government and regularyregulary affairs, issues and crisis management, corporate reputation, scientific affairs, consumer care and stakeholder management.
The role will be Head of Strategy to lead strategic planning and execution across the Africa, Middle East, and Asia regions. Reporting directly to regional C-level Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance market competitiveness, and optimize business performance within our industrial enterprise.
