This leadership role involves direct interaction with regional leaders, senior stakeholders, and joint venture partners to implement HR strategies, including organisational development, talent management, and rewards. The main objective is to transform HR into a strategic partner that supports the achievement of business goals in Asia by collaborating with the global team and regional counterparts.
1、总部和区域人力资源团队管理工作,配合公司在新区域业务拓展战略提供配套的人力资源解决方案和人才方案;2、总部及区域培训体系搭建工作;3、人力资源规划和策略,例如各地用工模式多样化运用实施;4、工厂人员如绩效考核、激励制度设立;员工关系管理。
基于集团战略,制定非洲区域人力资源规划方案,并监督各项计划的实施;
