The Hospitality Coordinator, in collaboration with the Head of Hospitality, is responsible for ensuring seamless operations of the island's hospitality assets and service standards.

• Develop the short and long-term development strategy for the portfolio of hospitality projects by identifying prospective business development opportunities.
• Leading the entire process from case development, concept definition and to financial feasibility with the aim of growing the portfolio in line with the overall business plan.

This position involves an Access Strategy Senior Manager role in the life science industry. The successful candidate will take the lead in formulating and implementing hospital access strategies.

Serve as the brand expert in China, be a holistic integrator across the wider organization and with negotiating and influencing this partnership at its levels, be responsible for studying data, identifying insights, developing recommendations, presentations, and business cases, crafting strategies and plans, managing projects, and mobilizing vital resources for implementation.

• Create and maintain relationships among business partners to develop strategies to increase revenue for their companies while building the brand through marketing and events
• Coordination with procurement team to provide input on Hospitality proposals and contracts
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and develop compelling proposals for events

The Back of House Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Head of Back of House in overseeing the operational aspects of the island. The Coordinator will help drive the delivery of supporting services, such as Facilities Management, Waste Management, Engineering Support, and Utilities

The Head of Guest Relations will be responsible for providing the vision and leadership, necessary to enable the design, delivery, and optimization of experiences to maintain customer loyalty, advocacy and satisfaction and improve the overall customer experience across the destination including the Arrival and Departure building, Welcome Centre, VIP Services and Experience Management.
