The Marketing Director will oversee and guide all marketing initiatives within the durable industry, ensuring the development and execution of effective strategies to drive brand growth and market presence. This role acts as a strategic business partner to regional operations leadership, providing financial oversight, performance insights, and business recommendations across multiple markets. You will leverage data, analytics, and commercial understanding to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term decision-making.
This role is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and manufacturing cost analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making for the China market. The position partners closely with commercial, operations, and leadership teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
