目前在帮一家业务发展良好的头部资方公司看一位资深的技术负责人（软件架构方向），理想的候选人画像包括：拥有良好的学历背景，计算机专业科班出身，至少有一段金融行业工作经验（或者对金融行业有兴趣），7年以上工作经验，早期在科技类大厂平台工作，英文好加分

岗位职责：

1、作为3D研发团队的核心成员，规划3D产品中长期架构优化设计方案；

2、结合3D用户需求，设计符合产品长期发展的、功能模块化的软件架构；

3、分解架构优化方案，带领团队制定阶段性研发目标和实施方案；

Need to support the construction of internal information systems within the company, oversee project processes, prevent risks, and lead the L1 team to respond to user needs in a timely manner.

The primary responsibility is to manage investments projects on multiple existing plants and a new green field plant construction project in China.
It is also a key interface between HQ Operations Direction team in France and local teams.

As a Software Embedded Engineering Director, you will lead the entire software development life cycle, including obtaining/reviewing software requirements, code architectures, and end-to-end software implementation for our products within the Tools & Outdoor Business Group, working with other functions such as Electronics Hardware and Product Engineering.
