Responsible for the achievements of products targets for China, defined by the RPM (in regards to the Tradelane, Consolidation Strategy and priorities of the Product development).

The Trade Compliance Manager will oversee all trade compliance activities within the logistics department, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations. This role is based in Shanghai and requires a proactive approach to managing compliance in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

This role is responsible for managing global logistics operations for non-product materials, ensuring timely and accurate supply to over 3,400 stores worldwide. It offers the opportunity to contribute to a major corporate transformation initiative, with cross-functional exposure and global career development.

The Head of Operation is focused on overseeing and optimising logistics operations. This position in Shanghai requires strategic leadership to ensure efficient processes and excellent service delivery.

• 短期：优化物流中心管理制度、流程、物流系统（厂内物流、SAP-ERP、WMS、TMS），统筹梳理运输线路规划，完善供应商管理体系，提升团队专业化操作水平和服务效率。
• 中长期：制定战略性承运商采购策略，建立长期、稳定、可信赖的供应商；逐步降低采购成本，提升经营效益。

As a 3PL & Logistics Operation Manager, you will own the end-to-end logistics footprint-from D2C parcels to B2B pallets-while driving sustainability, quality, safety and cost excellence. You will lead vendor ecosystems, craft resilient strategies and turn disruptions into competitive advantages for our iconic brands.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in pricing, particularly with the ability to analyze and manage pricing strategies across product categories-for example, vegetables may account for up to 70% of the portfolio. While experience in specific sectors is not a strict requirement, a background in trade or logistics is advantageous.
