负责人民币基金全盘投资者关系管理和募资，需要能够拓展市场化的LP，比如上市公司，险资，家办，民营等，汇报管理合伙人。
独立负责与市场化有限合伙人（LP）的对接，包括但不限于保险公司、家族办公室、金融机构等，构建并维持长期且稳固的合作关系。
负责开发、拓展和维护中、大型企业客户及高净值、超高净值客户
负责开发、拓展和维护中、大型企业客户及高净值、超高净值客户；
能够独当一面负责LP关系的维护拓展，LP类型包括但不限于国资政府保险等。
负责协助合伙人进行人民币基金融资及投资者关系事务，对接的的LP类型包括政府，引导基金等。
Work as regional Marketing Manager, oversees different regions, responsible for overall marketing.
This role is a unique opportunity for a PEVC firm partners group business support, like getting connection with LP team, communicate with GP team for key projects process and follow, key seminars and workshop events organization and arrangement, other executive admin support for partners.
Lead and execute marketing and business development strategy across China. Supporting both local and Western airframers, identifying growth opportunities, driving market intelligence efforts, and expanding our presence in the region through strategic partnerships and networking.
