This role is part of a globally recognized investment banking platform, supporting diverse advisory and financing transactions. The Beijing team provides strong exposure to both domestic and international deal execution.
跟进上市公司并购重组全流程工作，包括但不限于前期调研、设计方案、沟通谈判、撰写材料、报送监管、权益交割、资产注入等相关事项的落地执行。
我们的客户是知名外资金融机构旗下的私募股权双币基金，长期专注中国投资，每年会投入新的资金支持中国业务的发展，所以基金资金充裕，投资活跃，全球资源丰富，可助力企业出海，拿到业务订单，同时因为金融机构产品丰富，可以一二级市场联动，有多个被投企业IPO，表现超预期。
负责战略投资项目的全流程管理，包括项目筛选、资源整合、交易结构设计及推进，确保与现有业务形成战略协同并拓展产品应用领域；直接汇报给公司董事长，具备高度灵活度和可见度，未来有机会成长为部门负责人。
