We are seeking an experienced EA to CEO to provide high-level administrative support in the FMCG or Retail sector. This permanent role is based in Shanghai and offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a multinational retail group.
职位将作为上市公司资本运作负责人，汇报CEO，主导上市公司市值管理、投融资项目、投资者关系维护等资本运作活动。
内资知名的零售电商公司急招创始人兼任CEO特助，负责CEO日常的行政安排，重要客户关系维护，会议和项目跟进，同时负责家庭成员的行程照顾（10%的工作量）。
协助CEO建立各品牌营销战略（品牌发展战略、渠道发展战略、商品战略、营销组合策略和年度/季度/月度营销计划），参与公司短、中、长期的营销战略计划
直接向中国区CEO汇报工作，会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展，与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作，完成公司未来门店增长目标，包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定；并进行团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。
负责制定和执行营销策略，以提升品牌知名度和业务增长。该职位将涉及与国际团队合作，推动媒体与合作行业的业务发展。
这是一个聚焦科技及硬科技赛道的投后管理岗位，将深度参与已投企业的经营改善、战略赋能、资本运作及退出执行工作。您将与投资团队及被投企业管理层紧密合作，通过产业资源整合和精细化管理，持续提升项目价值并推动投资回报实现。
This role focuses on expanding the firm's USD-denominated fund investor base and supporting fundraising activities across international markets. Reporting into the investment and fund management team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external LPs to strengthen investor relationships and drive capital formation initiatives.
