Job Description Develop annual trade marketing strategy & annual plan given company/marketing/sales & channel strategy. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated online & offline campaigns with clear KPIs, generating market buzz and driving sell-out / sell-through performance. Partner with the Product team to optimize omnichannel portfolio and pricing strategies Lead cross function team to develop quarterly promotion plan to achieve omnichannel sales target within the approved budget Stay ahead of market shifts & competitive moves and optimize TMKT budget allocation swiftly to seize growth opportunities & defend market competitive risks. The Successful Applicant A successful Trade Marketing Manager should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience in a multinational FMCG or building materials company. Decent understanding channels & customers and solid experience in trade marketing. Have e-commerce/digital experience would be more appreciated. Strong business sense and strategic thinking; able to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive sell-out and ROI. Must have very good communication skill and influential skill, as needs to work with key customers, many internal departments and external suppliers.
