Job Description

  • Drive brand performance and unlock growth opportunities through strategic projects and full marketing plan execution
  • Develop brand strategy and support long-term business planning
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities, gaps, and actionable recommendations
  • Lead product portfolio and channel strategy for key markets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on financial evaluation for new product launches
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels
  • Manage creative development and ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Adapt global brand strategies to local market needs
  • Own A&P budget management and optimize ROI
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Monitor P&L performance and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders on portfolio and priorities
  • Lead new product development processes, including compliance and coordination
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in brand management
  • Data-driven with deep understanding of consumer insights
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resilient
  • Fluency in English



Nice to have: Experience in confectionery or exposure to regional (APAC) markets
