With strong engineering capabilities and an international customer base, the business is continuously expanding its tooling and manufacturing capabilities to ensure global growth. Job Description Manage end-to-end tooling operations, including plastic injection moulds and metal tooling (stamping, die-casting, etc.) Drive tooling design, development, validation, and mass production Establish and optimise tooling engineering standards, processes Work closely with R&D, NPI, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product industrialisation Improve cycle time, tooling lifetime, and cost efficiency Build and develop a strong tooling engineering and management team Interface with global customers and technical discussions, project reviews, and issue resolution Manage continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation, digitalisation) Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer expectations The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 15+ years experience in tooling / manufacturing, with solid exposure to both plastic injection and metal processes Proven experience managing large-scale tooling teams in an OEM/ODM environment Strong expertise in: Injection moulding tooling Metal stamping / die-casting tooling DFM / tooling design and process optimisation Experience in international consumer electronics customers is a must Strong business acumen with experience in cost control and operational management Fluent English for business communication Preferred: Southeast Asia background or experience (cultural adaptability and international exposure) What's on Offer LocationFujian Province, ChinaCompensationRMB 1,000,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)Why Join Strategic role with high visibility to global customers Work within a stable ODM platform Chance to shape next-generation tooling capabilities for consumer electronics manufacturing Contact Lily Wen Quote job ref JN-062026-7037751 Phone number +8675536350520 Job summary Function Engineering & Manufacturing Specialisation Production, Manufacturing What is your area of specialisation?
