Job Description Lead Product Margin planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. Monitor financial impact of promotions, markdowns, and discount activities. Manage Distribution Center budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Support Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and rolling forecast processes. Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency. Partner with business, supply chain, and global finance teams on budgeting and reporting activities. Support ad hoc business analysis and strategic projects. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8-12 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance experience. Strong financial analysis skills in supporting product margin management Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability. Experience with Hyperion, SmartView, Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred. Retail or FMCG industry experience is highly preferred. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills.
