As part of its continued growth and transformation journey, the company is seeking an experienced Shared Services Head to drive operational excellence, process optimisation, and service delivery across finance operations. Job Description Set up and manage the Shared Service Centre, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery. Oversee core finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Treasury support, and Record-to-Report activities. Drive process standardisation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Partner with business leaders and regional stakeholders to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Lead organisational transformation and continuous improvement projects. Develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing shared services team. Manage SSC budget, resource planning, and operational performance. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification is preferred. Extensive experience in Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Global Business Services environments. Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations. Strong understanding of finance processes and internal control frameworks. Experience driving process improvement, digital transformation, and automation projects.
