Job Description Identify, manage and advise on legal and compliance matters and work closely with the business units to identify, evaluate, communicate on and effectively manage legal risks. Liaise with external lawyers on litigation including recommendation and management of external counsel. Regularly communicate with and report to the Group Legal Dept. in France on the main legal activities and comply with and implement where relevant the Group standards. Collect, issue and manage (signatures, archiving…) relevant legal documents including contracts, trademark & company information. Provide comments and suggestions for improvement regarding the existing company legal risks. Draft, review and modify different contracts and legal files. Monitor the implementation of all contracts. Assist the anti-counterfeiting activities coordinated by the Group IP Dept. Deal with product-related issues and manage customer complaints and administrative procedures. Manage Insurance and accident insurance claims. Deal with the company registration, licensing and all other registration matters (branches…). The Successful Applicant University bachelor degree, major in law in China. Experience in Chinese laws and regulations and practice with around 10 years relevant working experience. Industry background in Fashion, Retail, Premium/Luxury goods or FMCG is preferred; solid knowledge in franchising or similar distribution models is a plus. Open minded and communicative, proactive, organized, easy-going, solution-oriented & problem-solving mentality. Close to business and be professional business partner. Chinese people, fluent English; excellent communication and drafting skills in both English and Chinese. Good ability in operating MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc).
