Job Description

  • Maintain general ledger records to keep financial data organised and up to date.
  • Prepare and post accounting entries, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Review ledger balances and investigate variances to improve the quality of financial information.
  • Complete account reconciliations and maintain clear supporting documentation.
  • Support month-end activities by preparing journal entries and reviewing relevant account movements.
  • Work with Accounting & Finance colleagues to resolve accounting queries and maintain consistent records.
  • Prepare financial data and schedules for internal reporting requirements.
  • Maintain organised accounting files and records to support efficient day-to-day finance operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'GL Accounting' should have:

  • Practical knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal posting.
  • Experience of preparing account reconciliations and reviewing ledger balances.
  • Ability to investigate variances and resolve routine accounting queries.
  • Confidence in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Ability to manage month-end accounting activities in a structured way.
  • Experience of preparing financial schedules and accounting data for reporting.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Salary of CNY 260000 to CNY 320000.
