A global food and beverage manufacturer with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability. The Wuhan facility is a key production site equipped with advanced technology, including a newly built aseptic line for new product development.

Job Description

1.Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and global standards (FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP).

2.Manage quality planning for raw materials, packaging, production processes, and finished goods.

3.Lead risk assessment and change management for new projects, including aseptic line operations.

4.Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, data analysis, and quality culture initiatives.

5.Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure legal compliance.

6.Oversee laboratory operations for accurate testing and resolution of deviations.

The Successful Applicant

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.

2.Minimum 8 years of quality management experience in food or beverage manufacturing; beverage experience preferred.

3.Proven ability to manage teams of at least 10 members.

4.Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP, PDCA, SPC).

5.Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

6.Experience with aseptic production lines is a strong advantage.
