This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly collaborative international R&D environment focused on cutting-edge biologics and oncology innovation. Job Description Develop and optimize analytical methods for the characterization and evaluation of ADC candidates. Design and execute studies to assess physicochemical and functional properties of novel ADC molecules. Establish analytical workflows and SOPs while ensuring high standards of scientific quality and data integrity. Perform and interpret analytical assays including HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, binding assays, and cell-based assays. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary discovery and development teams to advance pipeline programs. Evaluate and implement innovative analytical technologies to enhance scientific capabilities. The Successful Applicant ✔ PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related discipline; MS candidates with strong industry experience will also be considered.✔ Hands-on experience supporting ADC discovery and development programs.✔ Strong expertise in HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, and functional characterization assays.✔ Experience with binding assays (ELISA, SPR, Octet, FACS) and cell-based assays.✔ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and scientific leadership.✔ Effective communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative global environment.
