Job Description Drive process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and equipment performance. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements. Support troubleshooting activities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and work standards. Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance. Participate in new product introductions, process validation, and continuous improvement projects. Lead root cause analysis and support operational excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, and production improvement methodologies. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or related improvement tools is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
