Job Description

Develop and execute China strategy

China airframer marketing/contract account management

OEM Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with key local and Western OEMs. Understand their needs and align marketing strategies to support their growth and product positioning.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the all engine and APU segments.

Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market analysis to track trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory developments. Translate insights into actionable strategies.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with business goals. Leverage digital, event, and content marketing to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Networking & Industry Presence: Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and forums. Build a strong network of influencers, partners, and decision-makers.

Localization: Adapt global marketing strategies and content to the local market context while ensuring brand consistency

Support existing aftermarket partnerships in China

Support engine validation programs with CAAC

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in either Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering or a related field with 10+ years' experience in aviation industry

Proven track record in business development and market expansion in China

In-depth knowledge of the Chinese aviation landscape, including market dynamics, customer segments, and regulatory environment No Technical Data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner

English - full working proficiency; French is an asset

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team oriented environment

Successful relationship building skills in a long sales cycle business

Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking (ability to develop medium and long term plans of action) and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions;

Strong working knowledge of aircraft industry is desirable (Aircraft/engine maintenance sales experience), particularly of the China market

Frequent domestic travel within China (25%), occasional travel to Canada, Singapore (<10%)
