Job Description

  • Lead and manage ECE/EU homologation projects, including planning, resource coordination, timeline control, and overall project delivery.
  • Identify customer homologation needs, develop tailored technical solutions, prepare quotations, and present proposals to clients.
  • Drive business development activities by targeting potential clients, understanding their certification requirements, and supporting the process toward securing purchase orders.
  • Conduct meetings and technical presentations to explain certification procedures, requirements, and technical solutions to customers.
  • Oversee the execution of EWVTA and other ECE/EU certification programs, ensuring all tests, documentation, and processes meet regulatory standards.
  • Follow up on ongoing homologation cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure certificates are successfully issued.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align resources and achieve project objectives in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor for regulatory and certification matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate brings at least 5 years of solid experience in ECE/EU homologation, including hands‑on involvement in EWVTA or similarly complex certification programs.
  • They possess strong technical expertise and can confidently explain regulatory requirements, test procedures, and compliance solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • They demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, able to guide customers through certification challenges and support decision-making with clear technical reasoning.
  • Highly proactive and accountable, they thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • They have a customer‑centric mindset, building trust-based relationships and delivering professional, solution‑oriented support throughout the homologation process.
  • The candidate is fluent in English and Chinese, comfortable working with global teams, and willing to travel as required for project execution.
